Gamespace IT Solutions is a growing game development company specializing in creating engaging and cutting-edge gaming experiences across multiple platforms. We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to strengthen our team and drive our people strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and offboarding.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate performance management and employee appraisal processes.
- Plan employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Work closely with leadership to support business growth through effective HR strategies.
- Maintain employee records and HR reports.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement,



HR operations, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Candidates currently based in Jaipur or willing to join immediately.
- Prior experience working in a game development company, gaming studio, or IT/software development company will be highly preferred.
- Experience hiring technical talent such as Unity Developers, Unreal Developers, Game Designers, Artists, QA Testers, and Backend Developers is an added advantage.
