- Handle export customer orders from order confirmation to shipment.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order details, samples and approvals.
- Follow up with Production for order completion.
- Coordinate with Quality for inspection and approval.
- Follow up on raw materials and accessories.
- Monitor order production and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and maintain order-wise production status.
- Coordinate with Packing and Dispatch for shipment readiness.
- Coordinate with Documentation/Accounts for export documents.
- Update customers and management about order status.
- Handle customer queries and resolve order-related issues.
- Ensure on-time shipment as per customer requirements.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
