We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Back Office & Telecalling Intern who wants to gain hands-on experience in customer communication, lead management, coordination, and day-to-day business operations.

This is a fresher-friendly role. You don't need prior qualified experience — we are looking for someone who is confident, a good communicator, organized, curious, and willing to learn.

What You'll Do

Telecalling & Communication

- Make outbound calls to students, customers, colleges, and potential leads.
- Explain ABCXON's programs, opportunities, and services clearly.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Handle basic queries and coordinate with the relevant team when required.

Back Office Operations

- Maintain and update lead, customer, and contact records.
- Manage data in Google Sheets/Excel and keep information organized.




- Support the team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Prepare basic reports and track follow-ups.

Coordination

- Coordinate with students, campus representatives, partners, and internal teams.
- Schedule calls and online meetings when required.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and proper communication.

What We're Looking For

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with people over phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
