About the Role
We are looking for a Transition Specialist to support the smooth transition, setup, and operationalization of dialysis centers across South and West India. The role is ideal for a Dialysis Technician or Dialysis Center Coordinator with hands-on experience in dialysis operations, center management, and coordination.
The candidate will be based in Bengaluru and will be required to travel extensively to support new and transitioning dialysis centers.
Key Responsibilities
Support the transition and operational setup of dialysis centers from the initial stage through successful operations.
Coordinate with technical, clinical, operations, procurement, and project teams during center transitions.
Ensure dialysis equipment, consumables, infrastructure, manpower, and operational requirements are ready before center launch.
Conduct site visits and assess operational readiness of dialysis centers.
Support installation, commissioning, testing, and basic troubleshooting of dialysis equipment.
Train and guide dialysis technicians and center staff on operational processes and standard procedures.
Monitor dialysis center operations and identify gaps in workflow, quality, safety, and patient-care processes.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of center-level technical staff when required.
Coordinate with hospital/center management and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, infection-control practices, dialysis protocols, and quality standards.
Prepare transition reports, site-visit reports, checklists, and operational updates.
Provide post-transition support until the center achieves stable operations.
Travel extensively across South and West India, approximately 70–80% of the working time.
Technician / Operational Skills
Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures and dialysis machine operations.
Hands-on experience in dialysis center operations.
Basic knowledge of dialysis equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance coordination.
Knowledge of water treatment systems, RO systems, consumables, and dialysis-related infrastructure is preferred.
Ability to handle day-to-day operational challenges at a dialysis center.
Good understanding of infection control, safety practices, and dialysis quality standards.
Experience coordinating technicians, nurses, vendors, hospital teams, or other stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
Education: Diploma in Dialysis Technology / Dialysis Technician or Bachelor’s degree (BA).
Experience: 2–4 years in a Dialysis Technician, Dialysis Center Coordinator, Center Operations, or equivalent dialysis-related role.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge of dialysis and willingness to travel may also be considered.
Prior experience in handling dialysis center operations will be an advantage.
Valuable communication, coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Should be comfortable working independently at different locations.
Must be willing to travel 70–80% across South and West India, with Bengaluru as the base location.
