About the Role

Balief Corporation is looking for a proactive, experienced Marketing Associate/Executive who can contribute to our marketing and business-growth activities and help take the Balief brand to the next level.

This is not a routine marketing role. We are looking for someone who can build systems, generate business, develop markets and take responsibility for results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing & business-development strategies and SOPs that can directly drive growth.
- Identify new industries, clients, markets, business avenues, partnerships and revenue opportunities and develop practical plans to pursue them.
- Generate, manage, follow up and convert leads into business through online and offline channels.
- Manage Balief's complete digital presence, including website updates, LinkedIn/social media, email marketing, digital campaigns, content and online lead generation.
- Plan and execute physical marketing, including exhibitions, conferences, seminars, client visits, institutional outreach, networking and promotional activities.
- Build and strengthen the Balief brand among relevant industries, PSUs, government organizations, institutions and potential clients.
- Create excellent presentations, brochures, company profiles, marketing collateral, campaigns and client pitches.
- Identify relevant government schemes, programmes, PSU opportunities and industry initiatives and assist in accessing/applying for them.
- Travel for client meetings, presentations,



exhibitions and business-development activities and independently pitch Balief's portfolio.
- Develop and maintain structured CRM/MIS, lead tracking, follow-ups and marketing/business-development reporting.
- Work closely with the Marketing and technical/R&D; teams and contribute as a robust team player and initiator.
- Continuously monitor market trends, exhibitions, competitors and emerging opportunities and recommend new avenues for scaling the company.

What We Expect

We need someone who can start contributing from Day 1, take ownership without constant supervision, take initiatives and convert ideas into execution.

Strong preference for candidates who have already developed and implemented SOPs/processes/campaigns that produced measurable business growth.

Excellent English and Hindi communication and presentation skills are mandatory. Additional languages are an advantage.

Experience

2–10 years preferred. Candidates with B2B/industrial marketing, technical sales, business development, digital marketing or similar experience will be preferred.

Strong freshers may also apply if they can demonstrate that they can handle the role with minimal training and a short starting period.
