Social Media Marketing Intern — YNG BLD

About the role
YNG BLD is a boys' streetwear brand (ages 6–14) launching this October — built around a "mini adult cool" positioning with Korean and Chinese streetwear influence. We're looking for a hands-on social media intern to help execute our pre-launch Instagram campaign and support content as we head into launch.

What you'll do

- Edit Reels for the launch campaign — from teaser content through to launch-week posts, using footage/assets provided
- Write captions in our brand voice — energetic and attitude-driven for kid-facing content, trust-building and quality-signaling for parent-facing content
- Manage the posting schedule across campaign phases (teaser → reveal → trust-building → launch)
- Track engagement, comments, and DMs; flag anything that needs a founder response
- Support influencer outreach and coordination — tracking replies, content delivery, posting confirmations
- Stay on top of trends in streetwear, kidswear, and D2C fashion marketing, and flag ideas worth testing
- Keep content assets organized — naming conventions, version control across creative drafts





What we're looking for

- Strong editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere, or similar) — this is core to the role, not a nice-to-have
- Genuinely active on Instagram and understands Reels — not just as a viewer, but how content actually performs
- Bonus if you've used AI video/image generation tools
- Strong writing instinct — can switch tone between playful/kid-facing and trust-building/parent-facing
- Organized enough to manage a content calendar without things slipping
- Comfortable with a fast-moving, early-stage brand where things change quickly

Positive to have (not required)

- Interest in fashion, streetwear, or kidswear specifically
- Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
- Prior internship or freelance experience with a D2C or fashion brand

- Duration: 6 months
- Stipend: ₹3,000–5,000/month
- Remote
- Reports directly to founder

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
