Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR documentation. The candidate should have positive communication, interpersonal, and computer skills with the ability to handle multiple HR activities independently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Selection
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for office and field-level positions.
- Prepare and post job descriptions on relevant job portals and social media.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, consultants, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with the concerned department/management.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, joining documents, and other HR letters.
2. Attendance & Leave Management
- Maintain and monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with employees and reporting managers regarding attendance discrepancies.
- Monitor late coming, absenteeism, half-days, and leave applications.
- Ensure proper implementation of company attendance and leave policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS/HR software.
3. Payroll Coordination
- Coordinate with the Accounts/Payroll team for monthly salary processing.
- Provide attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, and other salary-related inputs.
- Prepare and maintain salary-related records and reports.
- Assist in resolving employee salary-related queries.
4. Employee Documentation & HR Records
- Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
- Ensure proper documentation at the time of joining and separation.
- Maintain records of KYC, bank details, educational documents, experience letters, etc.
- Prepare experience letters, relieving letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR correspondence.
- Maintain updated employee master data.
5. Statutory Compliance Support
- Assist in maintaining records related to PF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax, Labour Laws, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with consultants/payroll teams for statutory compliance requirements.
- Ensure required employee documents and records are properly maintained.
6. Employee Relations
- Handle routine employee queries and grievances.
- Coordinate between employees and management for HR-related matters.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. HR Policies & Process
- Assist in implementing HR policies, rules, and procedures.
- Ensure employees are aware of company policies and HR processes.
- Support performance management, confirmation, appraisal, and disciplinary processes.
- Assist in preparing and updating HR SOPs and formats.
8. HR MIS & Reporting
- Prepare monthly and regular HR reports.
- Maintain recruitment,
attendance, manpower, attrition, leave, and employee-related MIS.
- Track joining, resignation, replacement, and vacancy status.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR data.
9. Full & Final Settlement
- Coordinate employee exit formalities.
- Prepare and process resignation, clearance, and Full & Final Settlement documents.
- Coordinate with Accounts and concerned departments for pending dues and recoveries.
- Ensure timely issuance of relieving and experience letters.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of HRMS/HR software will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Educational Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- Graduate with relevant HR experience may also be considered.

- Timely closure of vacancies.
- Accuracy of attendance and HR records.
- Timely submission of payroll inputs.
- Employee documentation accuracy.
- Timely completion of joining and exit formalities.
- Employee grievance resolution.
- HR MIS accuracy and timely reporting.
- Compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Salary: As per experience and company standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
