ITI / Diploma Fresher – CNC & Cold Forging Operator Job Location Sainik Colony, Rohtak, Haryana – 124001 About the Company We are hiring for an established Automobile Parts Manufacturing Company engaged in manufacturing Filters and Pumps for leading automobile companies including Tata, Maruti and Mahindra. SALARY STRUCTURE Basic Salary: ₹16,500 per month Performance Incentive: Up to ₹1,000 per month Gross Salary: Up to ₹17,500 per month Net Take Home (8 Hours): ₹14,500 – ₹15,000 approximately Overtime: - OT Rate: ₹68 per hour - Daily OT: 4 hours - Sunday OT: Double Rate - Approx. 91 OT Hours in 26 Days: ₹6,188 - 12-Hour Shift Take Home: ₹20,688 – ₹22000 approximately Additional Earning Opportunity: Candidates can earn an additional ₹7,000–₹10,000 per month by learning and operating an additional machine, subject to work performance and company requirements. Job Responsibilities - Operate CNC and Cold Forging machines. - Follow production and quality standards. - Perform basic machine operations and checks. - Maintain workplace safety and production discipline. - Work according to assigned department and shift requirements.



Departments Candidates may be assigned according to company requirements: Production, Quality, Manufacturing and Cold Forging. Shift Timing 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Rotational shifts as per company requirements.
