- Stand near the entrance to welcome patients in a polite and friendly manner.
- Greet patients and assist them with basic directions or guidance when required.
- Serve refreshments to patients as instructed.
- Ensure patients are attended to promptly and courteously.
- Assist patients with basic needs related to refreshments and seating.
- Follow instructions from the supervisor and management.
