Your role:
- Create effective sourcing strategies with the Talent Acquisition team
- Recruitment, Offer / Appointment letter issuance
- Conduct new hire induction and coordination of On-Job training
Requirement :
- 2 – 5 years of experience in recruitment
- Positive communication skills
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) with major experience in IT and Non IT requirements.
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
