Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller to make outbound calls, generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a confident approach to customer conversations.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain products and services to customers and provide basic information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain daily calling and lead follow-up records in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Schedule customer meetings and site visits for the sales team.
- Handle basic customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements





- 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or a similar role.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Confident and professional telephone communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Valuable customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous sales experience will be an advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler and ability to travel locally are compulsory.
