The Senior Accountant oversees and manages the complete accounting function of the automobile dealership. This includes handling financial transactions across vehicle sales, service, spares, used cars, insurance, and statutory compliance. The role requires strong knowledge of dealership operations, DMS systems, taxation, and reporting standards

Key Responsibilities

- Handle full dealership accounting: Recent Cars, Used Cars, Service & Spares
- Manage daily accounting, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations
- Vehicle stock accounting, GRNs, subsidies, incentives, and margin analysis
- Workshop billing, warranty, and spare parts accounting
- Bank reconciliation, vendor payments, cash flow handling
- GST/TDS returns, statutory compliance, and audit support




- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Automobile Dealership DMS (Reynolds, AutoCRM, etc.)
- Proficiency in Excel, GST, TDS, and accounting standards
- Ability to handle multi-division accounting independently

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
