We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer with 2–3 years of experience in Designing commercial office spaces, Architecture, or Interior Design. The ideal candidate should have expertise in creating architectural drawings, 2D & 3D models, realistic visualisations, and renders for commercial projects.

The candidate will work closely with designer(Manager), and the marketing team to transform concepts and designs into high-quality visual representations.

Key Responsibilities

* Create detailed 3D architectural drawings, floor plans, layouts, and elevations.

* Develop high-quality 3D models and visualisations for residential and commercial projects.

* Create realistic interior and exterior renders.

* Prepare 3D walkthroughs and architectural presentations when required.

* Work closely with project team to understand design concepts and project requirements.

* Ensure accuracy in dimensions, materials, lighting, textures, and architectural details. Modify and revise designs based on feedback from internal teams and clients.

* Maintain consistency with project specifications, design standards, and brand guidelines.





* Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

*2–3 years of experience as a 3D Designer in the Commercial(officeSpace) Architecture studio, Interior Designer,

* Solid knowledge of architectural design principles, space planning, and visualisation.

Proficiency in software such as:

* AutoCAD

* 3D Max

* V-Ray / Corona Renderer

* Revit

* SketchUp

* Strong understanding of 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and material application*.

* Ability to create realistic and visually appealing architectural renders and walkthroughs.

* Good understanding of floor plans, elevations, sections, and architectural drawings.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with architects, designers, and other stakeholders.

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
