Afra Engineers is looking for freshers to join our Service Team as Service Assistants. The selected candidate will assist service technicians with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer-site service activities. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist technicians during service, installation, maintenance, and repair work.
- Visit customer sites along with senior technicians.
- Assist with handling tools, equipment, spare parts, and materials.
- Support basic electrical/mechanical work under supervision.
- Help with testing and checking equipment after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at customer sites.
- Assist in loading and unloading service materials.
- Report service issues and work progress to the supervisor.
- Maintain a professional and polite attitude with customers.
- Follow company safety procedures and instructions.





Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic technical knowledge is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and work in the field.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Should be punctual, hardworking, and responsible.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
