We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely hiring of suitable candidates for various positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand hiring requirements and prepare suitable job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.




- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and onboarding process.
- Negotiate salary and communicate offers to selected candidates.
- Maintain proper recruitment documentation and reports.
- Meet recruitment targets and ensure positions are closed within the required timeline.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
