Job Overview: IIFT Bhopal is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the institute's branding, communication, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in graphic design, digital content creation, and visual communication, along with the ability to develop designs that align with brand requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create graphic designs for social media, digital platforms, and promotional materials.
- Develop posters, brochures, flyers, banners, and other communication materials.
- Design visual content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Create layouts and visual concepts based on campaign and communication requirements.
- Edit and enhance images for digital and print use.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colours, and design elements.
- Prepare creative materials for institute events, student activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the social media and marketing teams to understand design requirements.
- Organize and maintain design files and editable project assets.
- Review designs and incorporate feedback to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Support the development of visual content for academic and institutional communication.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Design,



or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in graphic design or visual content creation.
- Good understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Hindi.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal teams.
- Freshers with relevant design skills and a robust portfolio may also be considered.
