Job Title: Warehouse Executive

Location: Zirakpur, Punjab

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Order Processing: Assist in managing incoming and outgoing orders, preparing dispatch documents, and updating records in the system.
- Transport Management: Coordinate with transport vendors for timely pickup and delivery of goods; maintain transport logs.
- Petty Cash Handling: Handle day-to-day petty cash for warehouse-related expenses and maintain proper records for submission.
- Operations Coordination: Work with senior warehouse staff and other departments to support smooth daily operations.
- Sales Coordination: Communicate with the sales team for dispatch schedules, customer requirements, and order updates.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock counting,



inventory updates, and ensuring proper storage practices to avoid damages or shortages.
- Labour/Manpower Management: Support in supervising warehouse helpers and laborers, allocating tasks as per daily requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 2–3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics roles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of ERP/inventory software
- Strong coordination and time management skills

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
