Position: MEP Billing Engineer

Location: Project Site
Experience: 2–5 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and verify MEP work bills based on actual site measurements and completed work.
- Prepare RA Bills (Running Account Bills), interim bills, and final bills.
- Review BOQ, drawings, specifications, and contract documents for billing purposes.
- Take and verify measurements for Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV and other MEP works.
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and project management teams for measurement and billing.
- Prepare subcontractor/vendor bills and verify quantities and rates against approved BOQ and work orders.
- Track work progress, quantities executed, and balance quantities.
- Identify variations, additional works, and deviations and maintain proper records.
- Prepare quantity reconciliation statements and support material reconciliation where required.
- Check applicable deductions, recoveries,



retention, advances, and taxes in bills.
- Maintain proper billing documentation, measurement sheets, work completion records, and supporting documents.
- Assist in cost tracking and project commercial reporting.
- Coordinate with the Accounts/Commercial team for bill processing and payment follow-up.
- Ensure billing is prepared accurately and submitted within project timelines.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in MEP billing and quantity surveying in construction/project environments.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing/quantity estimation software is preferred.
- Valuable understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, measurements, and subcontractor billing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
