- Prepare customer invoices, quotations, and billing documents.
- Handle billing for electrical products, components, and materials.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with the Store, Sales, and Dispatch teams.
- Verify product details, quantities, rates, GST, and discounts before billing.
- Maintain daily sales and billing records.
- Handle customer queries related to invoices, payments, and orders.
- Coordinate for product returns, replacements, and billing corrections.
- Maintain proper documentation and assist with stock-related records.
- Prepare basic reports using MS Excel and billing software.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
