HIRING | INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS

Position: Customer Service Associate – International Voice

Process: Banking & Cards – US Process

Location: Goregaon / Malad, Mumbai

Maximum Salary: Up to ₹5.8 LPA

Eligibility

• Graduate: 1–12 years of BPO Voice experience

• HSC: 18 months–10 years of BPO Voice experience

Freshers are not eligible

Shift: Rotational / Night Shifts

Shift Duration: 9 Hours

Working: 6 Days a Week | Weekends as required

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently

Meet SLA, KPI, AHT, RSAT & Customer Experience targets

Deliver excellent customer service

Implement process updates and feedback effectively

Maintain quality and productivity standards

Skills Required

Excellent English communication skills

International Voice / BPO Voice experience preferred





Robust customer-handling skills

Positive attitude & team-player mindset

Comfortable working rotational & night shifts

Interview Process

HR → V&A; → OPS

V&A; Exemption – Fast Track

BPO1: Graduate + 12 months experience → Direct OPS

BPOZ: HSC/Undergraduate + 18–24 months experience → Direct OPS
