About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Content Writer who can go beyond basic content writing and bring robust ideas, storytelling, hooks, and creative concepts to the table.

The ideal candidate should have experience creating content for social media, short-form videos, influencer campaigns, and performance marketing, with a strong understanding of what makes content engaging and high-performing.

The role will primarily focus on developing content ideas, scripts, hooks, and creative concepts for Reels, UGC, influencer content, brand videos, and Meta Ads, while also contributing to the LinkedIn content strategy for the brand and founders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop fresh, unique, and out-of-the-box content ideas for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Write engaging scripts for Reels, UGC, influencer content, brand videos, and Meta Ads.
- Create strong scroll-stopping hooks, storytelling angles, and CTAs.
- Develop multiple creative angles and script variations for performance marketing campaigns.
- Create innovative and conversion-focused concepts for Meta Ads and creative testing.
- Research social media trends, creators, competitors, and consumer behaviour.
- Convert consumer insights and product benefits into relatable, engaging, and high-performing content.
- Collaborate with Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing, Design, and Creative teams.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of content ideas, hooks, creative references,



and trends.
- Support the development and execution of LinkedIn content strategy for the brand and founders.
- Develop LinkedIn content pillars, post ideas, and thought-leadership content to strengthen brand and founder presence.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, creative strategy, or social media content.
- Strong experience in video scripts and short-form content.
- Excellent understanding of hooks, audience retention, and social-first storytelling.
- Ability to independently generate original content ideas and creative concepts.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Reels, creator content, and digital trends.
- Experience or understanding of Meta Ads and performance creatives will be an added advantage.
- Excellent command of English and strong understanding of Hindi/Hinglish communication.
- Ability to write natural, conversational, and relatable content.
- Strong research, observation, and creative thinking skills.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for someone who can take a simple brief and turn it into:

- Engaging video scripts
- Performance-focused ad concepts

The ideal candidate should constantly think of recent ideas, understand why certain content performs well, and enjoy experimenting with different hooks, creative angles, and storytelling formats.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in D2C, Beauty, Skincare, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Consumer Brands will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
