About the Role

ADA Tech Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our HR team. This is a great chance for candidates who want to gain practical experience in Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and HR Administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate and employee records.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
- Collect and verify required employee documents.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR reports in Excel.
- Assist with attendance and employee data management.
- Support employee engagement activities.
- Handle basic employee queries and coordinate with the HR team.




- Assist in exit formalities and other HR administrative activities.

Requirements

- Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR / Business Management / BBA / MBA-HR or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to work from the office in Pune – Swargate.
