Job Description – Helper

Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad
Position: Helper
Duty Hours: 12 Hours per Shift
Accommodation: Provided by Company

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist operators and production staff in daily manufacturing activities.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
- Assist in packing, counting, stacking and shifting finished bags/products.
- Support machine operators during production and material handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the work area.
- Follow safety instructions and company rules at all times.
- Assist in checking and separating defective or rejected products.
- Handle materials carefully to minimize wastage and damage.




- Perform other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor or Management.

Requirements:

- Qualification: No specific qualification required.
- Freshers can apply; production experience will be preferred.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a 12-hour shift.
- Valuable discipline, punctuality and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to work as per production requirements.
