We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Operations Manager with 7+ years of experience to lead and manage our organization's overall IT operations and infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, availability, and efficiency of our IT environment while managing the IT team, infrastructure, vendors, applications, assets, and technology operations.

What You'll Do

- Lead day-to-day IT operations and technical support.
- Manage servers, networks, cloud infrastructure, endpoints, backup, and security systems.
- Lead and mentor the IT operations/support team.
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, licenses, contracts, and renewals.
- Implement IT security policies, access controls, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
- Manage IT assets, software licenses, and technology inventory.
- Establish IT SOPs, policies, SLAs, and operational standards.
- Identify infrastructure and technology gaps and recommend improvements.
- Prepare IT budgets and support technology planning.
- Coordinate with internal departments, management, vendors, and technology teams.
- Monitor IT performance and provide regular management reports.
- Drive IT operational efficiency, automation,



cost optimization, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

- 7+ years of relevant IT Operations / IT Infrastructure experience.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud, cybersecurity, backup, and IT infrastructure.
- Proven experience managing IT teams and vendors.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience with IT policies, SOPs, asset management, and IT security.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Solid ownership and leadership mindset.
