Job Description: Head of Quality

Industry: Electronic Component Manufacturing

Role Purpose

- Overall responsibility for Quality Management Systems (QMS) across the organization

- Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and safety requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Define, implement, and maintain QMS (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 as applicable)

- Ensure in-process, incoming, and final quality checks

- Lead customer, system, safety, and regulatory audits

- Handle customer complaints, RCA, and CAPA implementation

- Implement QC tools: SPC, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, Control Plans, 8D

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma)

- Vendor quality management and supplier audits

- Train and develop quality team

Desired Qualification & Experience

- BE/BTech in Electronics, Electrical,



or Mechanical Engineering

- 15+ years of experience in Quality within Electronic Manufacturing

- Strong customer handling & audit experience

- Hands-on exposure to quality tools and problem-solving methods

Key Skills

- Leadership and cross-functional coordination

- Robust analytical and problem-solving ability

- Excellent documentation and communication skills
