Project: Cross-Country Raw Water Pipeline (46 km, 1400 mm dia) — Anuppur Thermal Energy (MP) Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh (Site-based)

Duration: 12 Months (project-based, extendable as per site progress)

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience

- 3+ years in cross-country/industrial pipeline civil works, with proven exposure to pipeline diameters of 1400 mm or above
- Prior work experience in power plant, steel plant, or heavy industrial project sites (thermal power, steel, or similar EPC/utility infrastructure) is mandatory
- Hands-on experience in trenching, backfilling, HDD/crossing works, and concrete/encasement works for pipelines

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise excavation (soil/rock, all depth bands), sand bedding, backfilling and reinstatement across multiple reach fronts as per approved drawings and construction methodology
- Coordinate HDD/open-cut crossing works at Railway, NH/SH, and road crossings — casing pipe installation, encasement PCC/RCC, formwork & reinforcement




- Ensure execution matches approved excavation plan and mode of measurement (open trench vs. encasement dimension basis) as per contract Price Schedule
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and get joint measurement sheets certified with Employer's Engineer-in-Charge
- Coordinate road/pavement restoration (asphalt/concrete/WBM) after crossing completion
- Liaise with local authorities for statutory permits/Short-Term Permits (STP) at crossing locations
- Ensure quality compliance — concrete mix design approval, source approval for aggregates/sand, level book maintenance
- Monitor T&P; and civil manpower deployment against schedule; flag delays/deviations proactively
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols during excavation, blasting-adjacent work, and crane/Hydra operations
- Coordinate with QA/QC and ETC teams for handover of readied trench sections for pipe laying

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
