Roles & Responsibilities:

- Making Job descriptions
- Job Posting and sourcing best talent for the company in the available budget
- Assisting in Round 1 interviews
- Aligning the candidates for next rounds and doing further coordination till joining
- Responsible for documentation, induction and training of recent joiners and explaining company policies.
- Responsible for acting as a bridge between employees and management and ensuring high morale along with the high staff performance.
- Assisting the HR team with day-to-day work of HR activities, internal-external coordination and other miscellaneous work

Candidate Requirements:

- Analytical skills
- Confidentiality is mandatory in this role
- Must be consciously aware of all HR related laws
- Good communication skills (English) - both written and oral

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
