Waiter – Job Summary

- Guest Service: Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Order Taking: Take accurate food & beverage orders and communicate them clearly.
- Table Service: Serve food and beverages professionally and maintain table standards.
- Menu Knowledge: Understand menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to assist guests.
- Upselling: Suggest suitable dishes, beverages, and add-ons to improve guest experience and sales.
- Teamwork: Coordinate with Captains, kitchen, and other service team members.
- Cleanliness: Keep tables, service areas, and side stations clean and organized.
- Guest Support: Respond quickly to guest requests and handle basic concerns professionally.
- Billing Support: Assist with bill checking and payment procedures when required.
- Ideal Candidate: Good communication, positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
