About the Role We are looking for an experienced and responsible Logistics Manager to manage and optimize our day-to day logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in a D2C, E-commerce, or similar fast-paced company and be strong in Advanced Excel, MIS reporting, shipment tracking, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities :-

Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including order dispatch, shipment movement, delivery, NDR and RTO. Coordinate with courier/logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and smooth operations. Monitor shipment status, delivery performance, NDR, RTO and pending shipments. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports related to logistics. Analyze logistics data and identify delays, operational issues and areas for improvement. Prepare logistics performance reports and share regular updates with management. Handle courier partner coordination, escalations and issue resolution. Track and maintain records of shipping costs, COD, RTO,



NDR and other logistics-related data. Ensure accurate data entry and maintain proper documentation of logistics operations. Coordinate with internal teams such as Warehouse, Customer Support, E-commerce and Accounts. Monitor logistics KPIs and take corrective actions to improve delivery performance and reduce RTO/ NDR. Develop and maintain Excel-based trackers and dashboards for logistics operations.

Required Skills:- Advanced Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF formulas, filters, sorting and data analysis. Strong MIS Reporting and Data Analysis skills. Good understanding of D2C/E-commerce logistics operations. Experience with shipment tracking, NDR, RTO and courier management. Strong coordination and communication skills. Positive problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to manage multiple logistics activities simultaneously.

Eligibility:- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Logistics / E-commerce / D2C operations.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
