Job Title: Personal Security officer

Location: [Madurai]

Reports to: [ Managing Director]

Position Summary: The Personal Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the principal while providing professional driving services. This individual will serve as a trusted security and transportation provider, maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times. The role involves both defensive driving and proactive security measures to protect the principal from potential threats or harm.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Security:

Ensure the safety and security of the principal at all times, both in transit and in various environments.

Conduct thorough security assessments of locations the principal will visit, including the identification of potential risks and threats.

Monitor surroundings for any suspicious activity and take proactive steps to ensure the safety of the principal.

Respond to security threats or emergencies with prompt and appropriate action.

Develop and maintain a security plan for all travel and personal engagements.

Perform routine checks of vehicles and related security equipment to ensure readiness and effectiveness.

Driving and Transportation:

Safely drive the principal to various destinations as required, ensuring timely and secure arrival.

Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion while driving.

Ensure that the vehicle is in optimal working condition by performing regular maintenance checks,



refueling, and scheduling repairs as necessary.

Follow traffic laws and demonstrate defensive driving techniques to protect the principal.

Adapt to changing schedules and routes as required, maintaining flexibility and awareness of the principal's needs.

Administrative:

Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times.

Manage vehicle-related paperwork, including registration, insurance, and routine maintenance schedules.

Record trip logs, fuel usage, and any relevant security incidents or issues during transit.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a personal security officer or in a similar security-related role.

Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.

Training in defensive driving and emergency response.

Strong knowledge of security protocols, including threat assessment and risk management.

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure or during high-risk situations.

Discretion, trustworthiness, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Robust communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with other security personnel, if applicable.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, if necessary.

Physical Requirements:

Ex Service Man needed

Height-180 cm.

Preferred Qualifications:

Military or law enforcement background (preferred but not required).

Certification in first aid or CPR.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
