HR Recruiter

We’re looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Ernakulam, Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and attract candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Social Media & other job portals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Manage multiple vacancies and maintain a robust candidate pipeline
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and support timely closures

Qualifications

- 2–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience
- MBA in HR / Human Resources or relevant field
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong English communication skills
- Willingness to relocate to Ernakulam, Kerala
- Immediate joiners preferred
