Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled Technical Engineer to support our industrial automation products, customers, and sales team. The candidate should have practical knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, and control-panel applications, with familiarity with major automation brands such as Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Schneider Electric.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to customers for industrial automation products and applications.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automation solutions.
- Handle technical inquiries related to PLC, HMI, VFD/AC Drives, Servo Systems, Sensors, and Control Components.
- Assist in PLC programming, troubleshooting, commissioning, and system integration.
- Provide product selection and technical recommendations based on customer applications.
- Prepare technical quotations, BOMs, and product specifications in coordination with the sales team.
- Support customers during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations when required.
- Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers for technical queries, product selection, and issue resolution.
- Maintain knowledge of new automation products, technologies, and applications.
- Visit customer sites when required for technical support and project requirements.

Required Technical Knowledge

PLC & Automation:

- PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Digital/Analog I/O




- HMI configuration
- VFD/Drive applications
- Servo and motion-control basics
- Industrial communication protocols
- Control panels and basic electrical systems
- Sensors, relays, contactors, and automation components

Preferred Brand Knowledge:

- Mitsubishi Electric: PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo
- Siemens: S7-1200 / S7-1500, HMI, VFD, basic TIA Portal knowledge
- Schneider Electric: Modicon PLC, HMI, VFD, control and automation products

Skills Required

- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Good understanding of industrial automation
- Ability to read electrical/control-panel drawings
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to prepare technical quotations and BOMs
- Willingness to travel to customer sites
- Good coordination with sales, customers, and suppliers
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering
- 1–5 years of experience in industrial automation, system integration, technical sales support, or automation trading is preferred.
- Freshers with strong PLC/automation knowledge may also be considered.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
