We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, and supporting the accounts team.

Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally

Handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries

Maintain ledgers and reconcile accounts

Prepare invoices and payment-related documents

Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS)

Maintain and update accounting records

Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports using MS Excel

Handle GST-related accounting data and documentation

Coordinate with internal teams for invoices and payment records

Assist in month-end closing and other accounting activities

Required Skills Positive working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime

Strong knowledge of MS Excel

Basic understanding of accounting principles

Knowledge of GST and TDS will be an advantage

Valuable communication and coordination skills





Strong attention to detail

Ability to maintain accurate financial records

Candidate Profile Graduate in B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred

Freshers with strong Tally and Excel knowledge may also be considered

Candidate should be comfortable handling day-to-day accounting responsibilities

Salary Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹15,822.80 - ₹25,579.77 per month
