SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

ABOUT THE ROLE

Alluring Monks is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and independently manage multiple client accounts. This role requires strong experience in social media strategy, content planning, organic growth, client management and day-to-day account execution within an agency workplace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Independently manage 8–9 client accounts simultaneously.
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with each brand’s objectives.
- Create monthly content calendars, content plans and platform-specific strategies.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Pinterest accounts.
- Drive organic growth, engagement, reach and overall social media performance.
- Coordinate with designers, content teams and creative leads to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage client communication, approvals, feedback and day-to-day requirements.
- Monitor account performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Conduct competitor, audience and trend research relevant to each account.
- Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines, strategy and quality standards.
- Maintain strict timelines and ensure deliverables are completed as committed.
- Take complete ownership of assigned accounts from planning through execution and reporting.
- Identify issues proactively and escalate them before they affect client delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 4 years of relevant Social Media Management experience.
- Prior experience working with a digital, creative or marketing agency is mandatory.




- Strong experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proven understanding of organic social media growth and content strategy.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Pinterest.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of accounts.
- Meta Ads knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should have spent at least 1 year with their previous organisation.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a very short notice period will be preferred.
- Reference and background checks will be conducted.

We are looking for someone who understands that social media management is not simply about posting content. The right candidate should be capable of understanding a brand, developing a strategy, managing execution, coordinating with the creative team and taking responsibility for the overall performance of the accounts assigned to them.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
