BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING HEAD

Department: Business Development & Marketing
Location: As per Company Requirement
Experience: 10ÔÇô12 Years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

- Identify recent markets, clients, industries, and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, market research, references, digital platforms, and industry channels.
- Build client relationships, manage follow-ups, drive conversions, retention, and repeat business.
- Prepare and coordinate quotations, proposals, tenders, and pre-qualification documents.
- Coordinate with Operations, Laboratory, Technical, Finance, Tender & Management Teams.
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, lead conversion, quotations, and follow-up records.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular business development reports and achieve assigned revenue targets.

EDUCATION:-

BachelorÔÇÖs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Science, Environmental Science, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Business Development is an advantage.

EXPERIENCE:-

10ÔÇô12 years in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Relationship Management.
Experience in Logistics, Inspection, Testing, or Environmental Services preferred.
