Key Responsibilities1. Design & Visual Communication

- Lead the design requirements for films, brands, and digital campaigns.
- Create high-quality social media creatives, posters, motion design concepts, campaign assets, and promotional materials.
- Develop design frames and visual treatments for lyrical songs, teasers, promotional videos, and other film content.
- Establish and maintain the visual identity, colour palette, typography, mood, and overall design language for songs and campaigns.
- Create mood boards and visual references before execution.
- Guide the design team and ensure consistency across all campaign assets.
- Work closely with the Creative & Content Head to translate concepts and storytelling into strong visual communication.

2. Social Media Management & Strategy

- Develop and execute social media strategies for films and brands.
- Plan content calendars, campaign phases, launches, announcements, and promotional activities.
- Identify opportunities for organic, trending, engaging, and platform-specific content.
- Develop creative ideas for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, and other relevant platforms.
- Track campaign performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and audience response.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, memes, creator culture, and emerging digital marketing practices.

3. Film Marketing & Promotions

- Actively participate in developing film marketing and promotional strategies.
- Understand the positioning, target audience, genre, and USP of each film and translate them into digital campaigns.
- Develop creative campaign concepts for glimpse launches, teasers, trailers, songs, character introductions, posters, announcements, and release campaigns.
- Explore innovative digital and offline promotional ideas that can generate conversation and audience engagement.
- Create visual campaign identities that make film promotions distinctive and recognisable.

4. Strategy & Client Coordination





- Work closely with the Business Head to develop marketing and promotional strategies based on client objectives.
- Participate in client discussions and understand their requirements, expectations, and brand positioning.
- Present creative concepts and visual directions to clients when required.
- Collaborate with the Creative & Content Head on concepts, scripts, storytelling, visual treatment, and campaign execution.
- Convert business objectives into practical creative and social media solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro or equivalent design/editing tools.
- Strong understanding of graphic design, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create visual frames and design treatments for lyrical songs and music-based content.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Strong creative thinking and ability to develop campaign ideas.
- Understanding of film marketing and entertainment content is highly preferred.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative, content, business, and client teams.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
