Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to create engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, schedule, publish, and manage engaging social media content.
- Prepare content calendars and coordinate posts according to marketing campaigns.
- Write creative captions, posts, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and the marketing team for content creation.
- Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Track and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools.




- Prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, leads, and other key metrics.
- Support paid social media campaigns and coordinate with the digital marketing team when required.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and platform features.

Required Skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of major social media platforms.
- Creative thinking and strong content-writing skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Canvas, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is an advantage.
