Location: Chennai

Job Purpose Guide clients on their weight loss and wellness journey through custom dietary counseling, lifestyle modification, and treatment adherence, while aligning with VLCC’s signature Metabiome Principles and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

- Diet Counseling & Consultation: Conduct detailed Health & Habit Analyses (diet, medical history, lifestyle, cuisine preference) prior to program design. Counsel clients on custom menu planning and healthy cooking methods under VLCC's Metabiome protocols.
- Client Engagement & Upgradations: Provide bedside counseling on every client visit. Upsell and encourage package upgrades based on individual progress to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Target & Regularity Tracking: Achieve defined target success rates and client regularity percentages on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Interdisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate closely with In-House Doctors and Physiotherapists to execute tailored activity patterns, trial sessions, and specialized clinical inputs.




- Therapy Supervision & Quality Control: Supervise bandaging, pad placements, and appliance sessions administered by nurses/therapists per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Data & Documentation: Maintain complete client program records (digital and physical). Upload daily SOT (Strategy of Trials) and SOC (Strategy of Consults) metrics via Google Forms for performance tracking.
- Hygiene & Operational Standards: Maintain sterile, well-calibrated slimming equipment. Recognize skin or hair concerns and refer clients to internal aesthetic specialists.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: M.Sc. Food & Nutrition | B.Sc. Food & Nutrition / Dietetics / Food Science | PG Diploma or Diploma in Dietetics, Public Health & Nutrition (or equivalent with core Nutrition focus).
- Experience: Prior experience in diet counseling, clinical nutrition, or weight management centers preferred.
