Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

We are looking for an Operations Intern to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our growing D2C
business.
This is a hands-on role that involves customer communication, order management, coordination, and operational
support. The intern will be involved in the complete order journey, from receiving an order to dispatch and
collecting customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities

1. COD Order Confirmation
Calling COD customers every morning to confirm their orders.
Following up with customers who are unavailable on calls through WhatsApp.
Ensuring timely confirmation and follow-up of COD orders.

2. Customer Communication
Calling customers regarding pre-order information, order updates, delays, delivery-related information,
and other important communication.
Handling customer queries across WhatsApp, Zoko, and Instagram DMs.
Providing accurate and timely responses to customer questions.
Ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

3. Feedback & Customer Experience
Conducting customer feedback calls.
Collecting and documenting customer feedback.
Identifying recurring customer concerns and sharing insights with the team.

4. Order Operations
Managing the order journey from order receipt to dispatch and post-delivery feedback.
Assisting with order packing and dispatch.




Coordinating with the team to ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time.
Keeping track of pending confirmations, orders, and follow-ups.

5. WhatsApp & Instagram Operations
Managing customer conversations on WhatsApp and Instagram.
Supporting WhatsApp marketing activities.
Handling Instagram DMs and ensuring customer queries are addressed promptly.
Working on Zoko for customer communication and order-related activities.

6. B2B Operations
Making B2B calls and following up with potential business customers.
Supporting the team with B2B communication and coordination.

What We Are Looking For
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Positive command of Hindi and English.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.
Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with WhatsApp, Instagram, and other digital tools.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Prior experience in customer support, operations, sales, or e-commerce is a plus, but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
