A waiter provides friendly customer service, takes accurate food and drink orders, and ensures a pleasant dining experience.
- Greeting and Seating: Welcome guests, hand out menus, and guide people to their tables.
- Taking Orders: Write down or input food and drink choices into a POS System, explain daily specials, and share recommendations.
- Serving Orders: Bring meals and drinks from the kitchen or bar to the correct tables in a timely manner.
- Customer Care: Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and handle any requests or complaints.
- Payments: Prepare bills, process cash or credit card payments, and return change.
- Cleaning: Explicit dirty plates, wipe down tables, and reset dining areas for new guests.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
