Graphite Production – TETHYS

Role: Graphite Production
Company/Industry: TETHYS
Experience: 2–5 years in graphite production / manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day graphite production activities as per production plans.
- Operate and monitor production processes and equipment.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining product quality.
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize production wastage.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Production teams.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues.
- Maintain production records, batch reports and shift documentation.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety and 5S standards.
- Monitor manpower allocation and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety across the production area.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of graphite manufacturing/production processes.
- Understanding of production planning and quality standards.
- Good team-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and 5S.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
