Job Title: HOD – Automobile

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HOD – Automobile to lead and manage automobile-related operations in our steel manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall planning, execution and monitoring of automobile/vehicle operations.

- Manage vehicle maintenance, repair and workshop activities.
- Ensure smooth functioning and availability of vehicles and equipment.
- Supervise automobile, mechanic and maintenance teams and manage manpower effectively.
- Plan preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Monitor vehicle performance, maintenance schedules and service records.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Stores, Safety and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
- Control maintenance costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Identify technical issues and ensure timely troubleshooting and repairs.
- Maintain proper records, reports and documentation related to automobile operations.
- Lead the team, improve productivity and report departmental performance to management.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
