We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager with clothing retail experience who can independently manage daily warehouse operations and lead the team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage stock receiving, checking, storage, and dispatch to retail outlets.
- Maintain accurate inventory by size, colour, style, and SKU.
- Supervise loading, unloading, tagging, packing, and stock transfers.
- Conduct physical stock checks and resolve shortages or mismatches.
- Handle returns, damaged items, and stock reconciliation.
- Allocate daily tasks to warehouse staff and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with store and purchase teams for stock replenishment.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience in clothing/apparel retail is required.
- Practical knowledge of garment inventory and stock handling.
- Working knowledge of Excel and inventory software.
- Ability to lead workers, solve daily operational issues, and actively participate in warehouse work.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
