- Control the project from start to finish to ensure high quality, cutting-edge and function design and explore alternate designs.

- Work to achieve project goals and understand client requirements.

- Communication with Client, Project manager, Team members and project Stakeholders.

- Implement tasks and project expectations.

- Compile project specifications.

- Make on-site visits to check on project status and report on the project.

Requirements

- Graduate of an accredited architectural program with a minimum Bachelor of Architecture degree (preferred).

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Architecture.

- Understanding Client requirements and knowledge in all stages of the projects.

- General understanding of codes,



building systems, components, and construction methods

- Strong communication and project organizational skills.

- Working in a team, problem-solving and self-learning attitude.

- Strong skills in BIM Modelling, Documentation, Content development, Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction

- Documentation are an added advantage.

- Ability to understand and develop the Structural drawings for various stages of the building.

Preferred Software Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of Revit experience is Mandatory.

- Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, any CAD Application

- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
