Job Description

Role: Operations Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Resolution of customer queries and requests on mail

- Ensuring quality in processing and responsible for end to end solution for policy issuance

- Positive Written & Verbal communication skills.

- Engaging with customers for follow ups

- Basic knowledge of MS-Excel.

- Collecting KYC’s & documents related to policy issuance, ECS activation, Scheduling Medicals Etc.

- Coordination with Insurer partners, UW , Ops team for quick policy issuance.

- Outbound calling – Approx 80 to 100 calls per day for follow ups of requirements closures with customers.

- Cancellation Retention

- End to End follow up with the sales team & Customers for requirement closures.

Skills Required:

- Fresher & Experience both can apply.

- Should be able to converse in English and Hindi efficiently.

- Must be comfortable with Inbound & Outbound calling.

- Good Communication skills.

- Flexible to work in shifts.
