Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Factory Supervisor to join our team and efficiently manage our production and service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with production and service teams, allocating daily jobs, monitoring work progress, collecting feedback, and reporting directly to the Regional Head.

The candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, good computer knowledge, and the ability to work with modern software and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily with the Production and Service Teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Allocate daily jobs and responsibilities to team members.
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Collect, compile, and analyse feedback from production and service teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and submit them to the Regional Head.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain proper records of jobs, team activities, production/service status, and reports.
- Use computer systems and relevant software for workflow management and reporting.




- Ensure proper coordination between different departments for efficient operations.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Follow company procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment.
- Good knowledge of computer applications and MS Office (Excel, Word, Email, etc.).
- Ability to learn and work with the latest software and digital reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Positive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of light engineering processes and standards will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in production coordination, service operations, or factory supervision will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
