Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Program Support

- Process and manage customer orders, including order entry, amendments, acknowledgements, and invoicing support.
- Verify order accuracy, specifications, build sheets, billing information, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with dealers, OEM suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records in business systems.

Customer & Dealer Coordination

- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts and dealer networks.
- Support sales teams by ensuring smooth order processing and effective communication with customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues in a timely manner.
- Build strong relationships that contribute to customer retention and account growth.

Process Improvement

- Identify opportunities to improve order management processes and operational efficiency.




- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support implementation of best practices.
- Provide recommendations to enhance customer experience and business performance.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 4-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Customer Service, or a related field.

Required Skills

- Experience with order management systems, CRM platforms, and quoting tools.
- Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer-focus and stakeholder management skills.
