Job Profile

We are looking for highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Officers to grow our financial products business.

As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for end-to-end sales — from connecting with prospects over the phone to fixing appointments, meeting clients, bringing them to the office, understanding their financial needs, and successfully closing business. On boarding Business Partner with Business .

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and connect with prospective clients through telephonic sales calls.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable financial products such as:
- Life Insurance
- Health Insurance
- SIP
- Mutual Funds
- Other Financial Products
- Convert leads into appointments and client meetings.
- Conduct field/walking visits and meet potential clients when required.
- Invite and guide clients to the office for detailed discussions.
- Handle the complete sales cycle and close business successfully.




- Follow up regularly with prospects and existing clients to generate repeat/referral business.
- Identify potential Business Partners/Channel Partners, onboard them and develop robust relationships.
- Work with Business Partners to generate business and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Achieve individual as well as team sales targets.
