Inside Sales Coordinator

Location: Bhosari, Pune
Employment: Full-Time | On-Site

We are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with quotation preparation, customer communication, follow-ups, and day-to-day sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and share quotations based on customer requirements.
- Handle customer calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain customer and quotation records.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and pending requirements.
- Assist the sales team with order processing and documentation.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery.

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience with Tally is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple quotations and follow-ups.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
- Graduate/Diploma in any relevant field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
