Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to manage customer relationships, improve retention, and drive repeat business across our wellness clinics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CRM operations, customer data, and lead follow-ups
- Develop strategies for customer retention and repeat sales
- Monitor leads, conversions, appointments, and customer journeys
- Coordinate with clinic and sales teams for effective lead management
- Track CRM performance and prepare regular reports
- Improve customer engagement and overall experience
Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant CRM experience
- Experience in Sales/CRM/Customer Retention
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Valuable knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
- Experience in Healthcare, Wellness, Beauty, or FMCG preferred
